  • Ski touring skis (well prepared and waxed) *

  • Harscheisen (ski crampons) *
  • Ski touring boots
  • Ski poles with snow plates (telescopic preferable) *
  • Digital 3-antenna avalanche transceiver with full batteries *
  • Avalanche shovel *
  • Avalanche probe *
  • Backpack
  • Small- /medium-sized suitcase or travelbag
  • Usual ski tour clothing (principle of layers)
  • Rain- and wind-proof jacket (Gore Tex)
  • Rain- and wind-proof trousers (Gore Tex)
  • Softshell jacket or fleece (eg. breathable material)
  • Casual clothing for travel and hotel
  • Slippers
  • Hat
  • Headband /Buff
  • Sun hat
  • Thin gloves
  • Thick gloves
  • Thermal underwear (eg. Merino underwear)
  • Hiking socks (2 pairs)
  • Spare clothing
  • Toiletries
  • Personal medication, if necessary

Anforderungen

Technisch mittel

Anforderungen: Diese Touren sind technisch einfach bis mittel. Das heisst: Das Gelände auf diesen Touren ist vorwiegend mässig steil. Die Abfahrten sind mittelschwierig mit einigen kurzen, steileren Passagen. Diese Touren erfordern keine alpintechnische Erfahrung. Teils wird der Gipfelbereich zu Fuss von einem Skidepot aus erreicht. Sicheres Skifahren in alles Schneearten und Kondition für Aufstiege bis 1200 Höhenmeter und ca. 4 Stunden sowie Tagestouren bis 6 Stunden sind jedoch Voraussetzung.
