  • Ski touring skis (well prepared and waxed) *
  • Skins *
  • Harscheisen (ski crampons) *
  • Ski touring boots
  • Ski poles with snow plates (telescopic preferable) *
  • Ski helmet (recommended)
  • Digital 3-antenna avalanche transceiver with full batteries *
  • Avalanche shovel *
  • Avalanche probe *
  • Backpack
  • Usual ski tour clothing (principle of layers)
  • Rain- and wind-proof jacket (Gore Tex)
  • Rain- and wind-proof trousers (Gore Tex)
  • Softshell jacket or fleece (eg. breathable material)
  • Casual clothing for travel and hotel
  • Slippers
  • Hat
  • Headband /Buff
  • Sun hat
  • Thick gloves
  • Thermal underwear (eg. Merino underwear)
  • Ski socks (2 pairs)
  • Spare clothing (limited)
  • Toiletries
  • Personal medication, if necessary
  • Sun cream, lip balm
  • Good sunglasses
  • Snacks
  • Penknife
  • Waterbottle (Thermos if possible)

Der Bergführer wird das bestellte Mietmaterial zum Treffpunkt mitbringen. Die Mietkosten sind am Ende des Kurses, bar dem Bergführer zu bezahlen.

Anforderungen

●

Technisch einfach

Du hast bereits einfache Skitouren oder Variantenabfahrten neben der Piste gemacht und besitzt etwas Erfahrung in der Spitzkehren-Technik und in der Anwendung von Harscheisen. Du verfügst über eine Kondition für Aufstiege bis 1300 Höhenmeter uns ca. 5 Stunden sowie Tagestouren bis ca. 7 Stunden.
